Role Overview


The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a critical role in our sales and growth strategy. The incumbent will have the opportunity to shape the company's growth by developing new business opportunities, forging relationships, and delivering insightful product demos to senior stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead Generation: Discover potential leads through various channels, including industry-specific websites, social media, events, and referrals.
  • Outreach: Execute outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to understand and qualify the needs of prospective customers.
  • Inbound Sales & Product Demos: Respond to inquiries and demo requests promptly, and deliver compelling product demonstrations to senior stakeholders, elucidating the value of our solutions.
  • Partner Program Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and promote innovative partner programs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry professionals, focusing particularly on engaging senior stakeholders.
  • CRM Management: Record detailed notes and manage communications with leads in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and current information.
  • Team Collaboration: Align with the sales and marketing teams to synchronise strategies, share insights, and refine processes.

 

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, especially in SaaS, is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive and self-driven qualities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Passion for technology and a foundational understanding of the SaaS industry.
