The Role

You’ll execute outbound lead generation (calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, events & other social media) to support growing the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the founding team to conduct targeted outbound account prospecting.

We will give you the tools you will need to be able to engage with prospective customers, uncover their needs, articulate our vision and sell our value proposition.

The role comes with a good base salary, but with very high commissions for the top performing Sales Representatives.

You will be generating leads for a SaaS product loved by over 2500 businesses worldwide.

About you:

• Highly confident personality
• Experience working within sales, customer support or in a customer service environment is important, but not essential
• You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset
• You are driven and results orientated
• You are a fast learner and have an ability to understand the Tech and HR industry
• You have a passion for technology, the startup community, and supporting other businesses as they grow
• You have the motivation and flexibility to work well in a rapidly changing high-growth environment
• You have superb verbal and written communication skills
