About The Role 🎉

GoHire is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. Our Sales Executives strive to build relationships with potential and existing clients, capture sales leads and drive growth for the organisation.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead generation: Research and identify new markets, create contact lists and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Sales strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy that achieves sales plans and reflects the current market conditions.
• Client Relationships: Nurture existing relationships and build new ones with clients through regular contact.
• Administrative: Maintain accurate client records, generate reports and track sales metrics.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide feedback when needed.
• Meetings: Set up and attend meetings with clients to discuss products, negotiate contracts and close successful deals.

About You 🖌

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office and data analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field
