The customer success team at GoHire guides customers through the product life cycle, ensuring they launch GoHire successfully, adopt it widely across their organisation, consistently get value from our products and services, and always have a point of contact if they need assistance.
Customer success is responsible for working directly with customers to help them get started with GoHire, answer product questions, track user feedback, report and escalate issues to engineers, and act as a bridge between our customers and the product team.
We engage customers using an educational and consultative approach which positions you and GoHire as their preferred long-term partner right from the moment a customer decides they want to use GoHire.
Reporting directly to the senior team, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing the entire customer success process, analysing and improving key success metrics ensuring we hit all KPIs, contribute to the library of customer success assets such as support videos and articles, and be recognised as a role model of GoHire’s values.
At GoHire, everyone has a voice. We encourage transparency, trust and practice a mature approach to the work-place. In general, we don’t have strict policies, we have guidelines because work/life harmony is an important part of our organisation.
We are a highly driven team coming from many different backgrounds. Twice a year we meet up somewhere around the world to spend a week together planning, working and having fun. We see these retreats as an opportunity to strengthen our team and the work we produce.
