At GoHire our sales team is the most essential part of our company. Sales take customers from new leads through to paid customers, covering lead generation, prospect management, sales team management, deal closing, upselling and renewals.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing and rapidly expanding GoHire’s sales operations across Europe. You will be responsible for managing and executing our entire sales strategy. You will manage the sales team and ensure we continually exceed our sales KPIs.
You will be responsible for rapidly scaling sales and growing revenue through new client acquisition.
You will refine the currently agreed sales strategy, as appropriate, and the renewals and upsell strategy. You will manage the entire sales process end-to-end reporting directly to the CEO.
