About The Role 🎉

 

At GoHire our sales team is the most essential part of our company. Sales take customers from new leads through to paid customers, covering lead generation, prospect management, sales team management, deal closing, upselling and renewals.

 

As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will drive GoHire’s future growth by working with the rest of the sales team to build GoHire’s sales pipeline.

 

You will prospect to potential customers and independently identify new leads for GoHire. You will identify new opportunities, prospect to new leads, and use various sales techniques, such as calls and emails, to engage with potential new customers.

 

You will develop and lead outbound sales campaigns from idea generation through to qualified calls, whilst launching and testing new outbound lead generation channels and determine how best to scale them.

 

You will work closely with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Product to develop new content.

 

About You ⚡️

 

  • 0-3 years of work experience in sales with a track record of high performance and hitting targets.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in technology.
  • Self-starter who is able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence with outbound sales and talking with leads on the phone is essential.
