About The Role 🎉

 

The customer success team at GoHire guides customers through the product life cycle, ensuring they launch GoHire successfully, adopt it widely across their organisation, consistently get value from our products and services, and always have a point of contact if they need assistance.

 

Customer success is responsible for working directly with customers to help them get started with GoHire, answer product questions, track user feedback, report and escalate issues to engineers, and act as a bridge between our customers and the product team.

 

We engage customers using an educational and consultative approach which positions you and GoHire as their preferred long-term partner right from the moment a customer decides they want to use GoHire.

 

As Product Support Specialist you will work directly with our Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for contributing throughout each stage of the customer success process, you will contribute to the library of customer success assets such as support videos and articles, and be recognised as a role model of GoHire’s values.

 

About You 🦸‍♀️

 

  • You will become an encyclopedia of knowledge about how GoHire works and what our platform is capable of
  • You are a team player who has a proven track record of excelling in fast-growing environments and taking initiative above and beyond the call of duty 
  • Experience in customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting roles would be useful but not essential with SaaS experience preferred
  • Being the person responsible, to ensure that all customers have a great experience with the product - a crucial part of the role is ensuring we make the product as easy to use, reliable, bug-free, and fast as possible
  • Communicating efficiently and effectively with our customers - we use online tools to do most of our support, but you'll also be talking to customers on the phone every so often
